Not receiving email notifications

    We had our website built on Wix by a 3rd party. He used JotForm for the "contact us" page:


    Why are we not getting any notifications when somebody send the form? Is this an issue with the Wix site builder, JotForm or both? 


    Please advise because we are losing out on business.

    Upon checking your email, it seems that it was in our bounce list due to the reason listed below. I went ahead and removed your email from our bounce list. Kindly try making a test submission and see if you are now able to receive email from Jotform.

    Result: is IN the bounce list
