Page load time advice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I've used your form as a contact form on my website, I'm happy with the design and functionality etc. The only slight problem I'm having is that the execution of the javascript and processing requests takes quite a bit of time, and as a result it overall slows down the page. I have thus far added a pre-loader and will probably make the pre-loader load only that section. However, aside from that, is there any possible pointers that you could give me as to how to make the form load a little quicker?

The form did not appear to load any slower than the surrounding page.  The only thing I can recommend trying would be load the form in an iFrame instead of using the script embed code:

That would at least ensure there are no conflicts causing the form to load any slower, but it is very likely the form is already loading optimally.
