Can't update multiple recipients for email notification

    I have 4 people on my team that need to receive email notifications as leads come in. I'm able to access the notifications settings and add multiple email addresses, and save the forms, but then when I exit the form builder it defaults back to only one email address.

    If I'm understanding it correctly, you are trying to add recipients to the email notification of the form shared with your account. Please make sure that you are logged as the owner (paid account) of the form when adding more than 1 recipient to the email notification. If by doing that and you still cannot add multiple recipients, please do not hesitate to contact us.
