I have a jotform account but have not been receiving my jotform data in over 30 days.

    My name is Parth Savla and I am a team member of Cheryl Burke Dance (www.cherylburkedance.com) and it has come to our attention that we have not been receiving jotform data for 30+ Days.  You may have the following name: Roke Noir as someone who set up the account.  However, she has moved on to other opportunities and we are not able to contact her regarding the set up details of our account.

    Please let me know the status of our account and who we my contact in order to rectify the situation.  The form data form the jotform is critical to our business and it is URGENT that we be able to fix it as soon as possible.

    As of latest checking, the account 'rokenoir' which the embedded form is associated to, is still active.

    I was also able to check that submissions for this form have been arriving consistently for the last 15 days I checked.


    If you are able to login to the account, you can check this on the My Forms / Submissions Page.

    Please check and inform us if you are able to establish current account status.
