My account is suspended.

    When I sign in, it shows my log in failed and suspended.

    Why is that happening?

    Your account was Suspended due to the form having a field that collects SSN# which violates Jotform's Terms.


    If this is necessary for your business, you need to add additional widgets to add validity to your form and prevent it from being marked as PHISHING form.

    One of the suggested widgets to be added would be Terms & Condition widget. You may use this widget for your Term's field instead of using Basic Text input/Checkboxes.

    Another widget needed would be Signature widget, you can use E-Signature or Smooth Signature for faster setup.

    We can re-activate your account if you Agree that we remove the said offending field to prevent your account from getting Autosuspended by our system security. You may add it back after you added the recommended widgets mentioned above.
