Pay through PayPal stoped working

    Hello,

    We have a few forms and they have worked well in the past. A recent form, which was an updated duplicate of a working online payment form, worked for our first person this year, but now seems to have stopped.

    Now after a user enters their info and proceeds to checkout, there is no PayPal and instead it goes straight to the "thank you" page. 

    Any idea as to what is going on?

    I was able to get redirected when I added a value/input into the Paypal payment field.

    PLEASE TAKE NOTE: if the Paypal field doesn't have any value or equal to "0" , it will just automatically submit without being directed to the Paypal Checkout page.

    I see that you have two Product options on your form (Silver, Bronze). Would you like to pass the price from those products into your Paypal field when they select it ?

    If yes, you can assign those option/product a Calculation Value https://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value.

    Then will need to add a Form Calculation widget which will be used to calculate the assigned value earlier.

    Lastly you can now pass the value you have on your Form Calculation widget to your Payment field.

    Ah... that would explain things. I really appreciate your fast help on that. It was a clone of a form created by my predecessor so I didn't even realize how she had arranged it till you pointed that out...

    I think I will rearrange things so that it give the options as "products" to purchase and then have it auto-complete the PayPal amount form by itself. Does that make sense to you? I'll try it in the next little while and write back if I'm still having problems.
