Fraud Account Set Up

    Good Evening,


    I am a recent victim of fraud.  A person perpetrating to be a mystery shopper recruiter sent me a JotForm application.  I would like to confirm that I do not have an active account.

    There is not a JotForm account related to your email address. If you have the link to the form you received, please share it with us so we can proceed suspending that account.
