I need some help. I created a form which I want some of my field technicians to use - these guys are based all over the world many across Africa.
I have received a problem from one of these guys (who is currently in Mauritania) saying that he has been denied access because his IP address is banned. Please can you advise what the problem is? Is this something that I am likely to get regularly?

Please ask his IP address for us to check on what causing him not to view your form(s). This sometimes happen because a user that's belong to that IP address has been using our Forms for multiple/severe Phishing/Hacking attempts.

A lot of users that are belong to IP Address 18.104.22.168 are suspended. So I cannot determine which one is your user. But I have whitelisted this IP, we can't do anything if it still does not work.
