How to save form to use it on iPad

 I'm a new user. Just created a registration form for a bridal show this weekend for guests to sign in. I want this form to replace a spreadsheet, I.e., pen and paper. I'm not sure how to save it so that they may complete it from my iPad?

You can use the form link to open and submit the form using iPad. Please note that an internet connection is required to be able to open and submit the form.
