Why I'm not receiving Email Notifications?

    I am not getting email notifications when my form is submitted by someone. Also the person that submits the form is not getting an email confirmation. I have check all of my settings and read all of the support articles that I can find and still no success.

    I have submitted other forms myself as a test to a different user and I do receive the submittal confirmation.

    So, I do not think it is a matter of the replies and notifications being blocked by multiple servers.

    I did a test submission in your form and I received the Autoresponder immediately:

    I checked your submissions, and 3 of 4 are without email address:

    So autoresponder was not sent to those.

    The fourth one didn't go because the email ended in the Bounce list:

    bubba@yahoo.com

    Reason(s) : SMTP; 554 delivery error: dd

    I removed it from the Bounce list and the emails should go through now.

    Your Notifier email is not on the Bounce list and the emails should go through as well.

    Did you receive my test email?
