Form builder shows blank white screen again

    Hello, 

    I am trying to edit our registration form and when I select edit, I get a blank white screen. This happened last week as well and I was told to clear my cache. I tried removing my cache, but I still get the blank white screen. This happens both on Google Chrome browser and on my Safari browser on my phone.
