why charges debited to my card?

    Last moth I had paid for one month fee through my credit card without obtaining auto debit option, but again I have been charged for another month without my consent?

    How this has happened? and who has instructed you (Jotform) I would like to know.

    As indicated in our Term Of Use, all subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until the subscription is canceled.

    However, You can cancel your subscription after the upgrade process:


    In your case, you can cancel your subscription after the billing date (today, Feb 23 2018). Unless you request a refund for the most recent fee, you can keep using the subscription for the month you have paid for(month refers your billing cycle). After one month (Mar 23, 2018) your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan. At this time you can upgrade your subscription again if you would like to.
