Please how do I restore the widget?

 I get the message when I wanted to create a form

"Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize widget list. 

Could you please refresh the page?"

From what I can read, I suggest that the issue may be related to the lost connection. 

Can you please confirm that the issue still persists at your end?

I have reloaded the page many times but the widget is not showing. It is
also not a
connection problem because I can save the form I am working on and also
preview it.

Can you try logging out from your account and logging back in to see if it is due to an expired session?
