I get the message when I wanted to create a form
"Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize widget list.
Could you please refresh the page?"

From what I can read, I suggest that the issue may be related to the lost connection.

Can you try logging out from your account and logging back in to see if it is due to an expired session?
