Why have we not received submission made but got notification?

    Also, I have received a form entry from Amber last night at 9:19pm via email byt cannot see this on my submissions on my jotform account?

    Would you kindly share the email user used or the submission ID for us to do a thorough investigation.

    Was submitted Thu 22/02/2018 21:19
    But it is not on my jotform submissions account?
