Can I remove the PayPal payment portion of my current form and continue allowing submissions without payment and avoid my forms from being disabled?

I just received an email that my forms will be disabled today because I received a form entry last night with payment. I went back through my emails and realized I missed the one saying your platform was changing to only allow 1 payment a month. I'm not going to upgrade because I don't receive enough payment forms per month to justify $19/month. Can I remove the PayPal payment portion of the form and continue allowing submissions without payment?

I have reset your payment submissions of 0. Your account should not go over the limit tomorrow. Please note that we can do this only once. If it happens again you will have to upgrade your account to prevent that your forms are disabled or to wait for the submission counter to reset, which will happen on the first day of each month. 

You can remove the payment field from your form and continue to receive regular submissions. However, please note that payment details will be deleted from your submission page when you delete the payment field from your for, so I would suggest you to download your data first and then to delete the payment field.
