Form Over Quota

    I received a message that I am over my quota, but I am significantly under my quota.  Please help me.

    I checked your account and you have reached your monthly payment limit of 1 as a Free user.

    Can I still have the form filled out without the payment option? 

    and In order for me to do that, do I have to remove the account all together on the form?

    I have reset the counter just for once in the lifetime of this account. Please go ahead and remove the payment integration.
