How can I allow my users to view a pop-up message upon a specific form submission?

    I have several request forms set up and I'd like my users to view a pop-up message upon submission of 2 of the types of forms. This message is like a "before you proceed to form, please read' type of message...

    After they close the form, I'd still like them to be directed to the form intended. OR at the very least have a link in that pop up that will direct them to the form intended. 

    Please Help.

    For this, you could have your first form be your please read message, then have the thank you page URL for that form be the intended form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-up-the-Thank-You-Page

    If there are multiple forms they could be redirected to, you could redirect them conditionally:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/317-Change-Thank-You-Page-URL-Based-on-a-Condition
