Submissions are not being forwarded to our integrated google spreadsheet

    Hi,

    I've used the function before where the form data goes to a google spreadsheet. I've received 34 submissions and not one of them is on spreadsheet.

    Help!

    I checked your form's integration and it was still connected.  I tried pushing the full set of submissions to the sheet and the process looks to have complete.  Check the integrated sheet to see if the submissions were indeed forwarded.

    Yes...but now new ones aren't populating...

    If the new submissions are not coming, we suggest you re-integrate your form with Google Spreadsheet. Remove the existing integration and integrate it again. This creates a new spreadsheet with all the existing data populated in it. This should fix the problem.
