Please help with account downgrade and cancel subscription.

    Account username: dndsdonuts

    I was Bronze, but want to downgrade to Free. I already canceled through Paypal, but experiencing errors downgrading through jotform.com. Please confirm my account is now free.

    I have checked your account and I found that your account is scheduled to downgrade on 27th of February, 2018.

    It is still showing Bronze.
