I was Bronze, but want to downgrade to Free. I already canceled through Paypal, but experiencing errors downgrading through jotform.com. Please confirm my account is now free.

I have checked your account and I found that your account is scheduled to downgrade on 27th of February, 2018.
It is still showing Bronze.

If you want to cancel your paypal subscription immediately, you can follow this guide:
