Printing the full registration

We have a liability release on our registration that parents entered their name saying they read and approve.  I need to print all of these out but I can't find a form that will show the whole liability verbage.  All of the forms I can find just show the parent signature.  I need these done in the next few hours.  Is this possible?

I suggest you enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option in the Submissions page before you export it to a PDF file. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

After you enable that option, you can just click the "PDF" button and then select the "Download PDF" option.
