I am getting account "autosuspended error" when I log into my account. Can you please help me out?

Thanks for your help. I am able to login to the account again but the form shows at "form not found" on my website. I've tried viewing it in multiple browsers as well as re-embedded the snippet of code and it still doesn't work.

It seems that your total submission storage is full. That's why your forms are disabled.
Please note, that Free accounts can store up to 500 submissions.
This limit is only for free accounts and you need to delete your oldest submissions in order to avoid getting notified about reached your limits.
You can also download your submissions and all your info and you will not lose your data, here is the link that will help you to download all your data at the same time:
You can also avoid deleting your data and upgrading to the storage plan so you will not need to delete your submissions:
