The person who has paid for this plan is no longer member of our organisation. Your supporting service told us that the only option available is to cancel your subscription and downgrade account to free. After subscription is cancelled, you can process refund. We will ahead and upgrade account again to desired planafter that.

Upon checking your account, it seems that you already Downgraded back to Free plan subscription.
Please take note that cancelling and Downgrading the subscription will not be applied immediately instead, it will continue until the next billing date which is on Feb. 2, 2019.
We can Cancel and Downgrade the plan for you immediately and refund you the last payment.
Then if you would like to re-upgrade your account, please be sure to Change and Update the payment method or Credit Card details.
