When I try to edit the email settings for this form: https://www.jotform.com/build/80524200588150/settings and I select the Email options from the menu on the left, I get a blank white screen.

I can replicate this in your form. My colleagues were able to reproduce this in other locations of the form builder as well. I have escalated this thread to our backend team for further checking. We will keep you updated.
I cannot find a way to fix this in your form, so maybe start with a new form to see if you can do it there. Make sure to have a name and email fields first before navigating to the emails tab.
