Calculation Payment Form: totals not adding up.

I have received a few applications for this years summer camp and they seem to have gone through fine but today I received a call from a parent who said when she went on to apply it will not add her totals up.  Can you please assist me to see what the problem is so we can get it corrected as quickly as possible.

I just cloned your form, and the problem was due to an extra plus sign "+", in the calculation:
