The first is scheduled to go right away, the second goes in 1 day, 2 days in the agent gets a reminder email to call the client. They're calling the client and the client is consistently not seeing the email.Page URL:

I have checked your account email history and it seems like emails are sending properly, you may also check your account email history following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I can see you're using a custom sender email, may be that the emails ended up on the user's spam/junk folder, please ask them to check this.
