I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly, but I have several suggestions as to what it may refer.

If you want to test your Notification or Autoresponder email, you may press the TEST button after configuring the email template.

The test button is configured to send ALWAYS to the primary email address. If you want to test other email addresses, all you need to do is to open the form on preview , fill it out and send a test submission to yourself.

However, if you want to receive Notification emails using your own SMTP server instead of Jotform's servers, you can choose your configured SMTP email at Advanced settings of your Notification email.
