Payment integration: How to allow users to select multiple quantities?

Thanks for this, but I have one last question please.

We sell clothing, so let’s say we have T Shirt XYZ which comes in size 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,12,14 and 16, how on earth do we create a form that can cater for this? The client will select the style and then quantities of a few sizes.

My form looks like this which is not at all user friendly. I love the software and would like to subscribe but I need to overcome this issue:
