Card Layout: How to resize logo displayed on each page?

My form template automatically put a logo in the top left corner of each page of my form. Is there a way to increase the size of this logo? I have the same question about the size of the logo on the Thank You page. It needs to be larger. And the type on the Thank You page does not appear the same on preview as it does on the builder.
