Is there a way to use an order form template without accepting payments?

Hi, I don't want to charge people for my products right away when they submit their form - I want to create an estimate for them. I run a wedding flowers business. I like how the payments widget works, and how it totals up their order. I have done this on my own with form calculation, but the widget seems so much easier. However, I can't figure out how to disable the payment - I don't want people to be taken to PayPal when they submit their form. Any help?

my recomendation for you is to use "Purchase Order" payment tool. It does not take an actual payment and acts as you've described - gives an estimated total.
