Limiting attendance for workshops and seminar through form

I am creating a form to allow people to register for workshop 1, workshop 2, and seminar.  There is a limit of 40 seats in the workshops and 148 seats in the seminar.  How do I disable each choice when the maximum number of seats is reached?

Never mind, I figured it out.  I added the Inventory Widget.
