my account continues to show as disabled and not paid

    the last 2 times I paid, well after payment, it continues to show as forms disabled and need to upgrade.  I paid on 2/20

    Upon review of your account, I noticed that your account reached overlimit status for receiving more than 10 payment submissions in a month. If you may review the pricing page, you will see that Bronze subscriptions are limited to receive 10 payment submissions per month only, and an upgrade to silver shall allow you to receive 100 payment submissions in a month (https://www.jotform.com/pricing).

    Please also take note that cancelling and making another payment for Bronze will not restart your limits. If you wish to expand your account's payment limits, what you need to do is to upgrade to Silver. 

    In relation to your subscription, I would like to suggest to cancel your last subscription and then upgrade to a Silver plan instead. Or you can wait for the counter restart which will happen on March 1st. Note that by upgrading, we can refund you of your last payment as I believe that there is a misunderstanding on how to subscription upgrade works.
