I have upgraded my account but it still shows as FREE

    A upgraded may account to bronze yearly, bit ist still free.

    Your account is currently in the FREE plan indeed.

    Can you please tell us which payment method did you use?

    Please note that if you have upgraded your account using a method like Wire Transfer or Purchase Order, it may take up to two weeks for those transfers to process.

    If you have paid using one of these methods, do you have the Payment Reference number?

    The monthly upgrade is
    not necessary, i dont understand why it was paid for?

    Since you have mentioned that the Bronze Monthly isn't what you need and from what I understand you would only want your account to be subscribed to the Bronze Yearly plan, I have canceled the Bronze Monthly plan and refunded in full the amount you paid for that subscription. It may take 5 to 10 days for the amount to be back to your account and I would like to apologize for any inconvenience.

    I have also fixed the issue with your upgrade and your account is now only subscribed to the Bronze yearly plan.
