Hello, I'm a customer at your Premium level and am expecting to receive more form submissions in the near future that will likely push my beyond 1000/month submission limit. Will the account still accept submissions after 1000 and automatically bill my account at the Professional level? What happens if I go over at the Premium level?

Hi, unfortunately that is not currently possible. Our system is designed with the mindset of keeping our customers as worry-free as possible as well as giving you majority control over your own accounts without excessive charges all while maintaining a friendly and fair interface. In doing so, something like that could possibly lead to further problems later on down the road and would ultimately defeat the purpose of us telling our customers " Upgrade or Downgrade whenever you like based on how and when you need it, as much as you need it, etc ".
On top of that to answer your main question, once your account hits it's submission limit, you would need to Upgrade your Plan to the next level to continue receiving more submissions. If your form is overlimit or if you have not upgraded it and it is embedded on a website it will simply become disabled and display a message that the form was disabled due to being over the submission limit thus disallowing further submissions until you either upgrade or wait for your montly free account reset to occur. But I would also like to point out that you do have a little bit of additional time before your form's become disabled so it does not happen right away and won't do so until more towards the end of the day.
