Card Form: Input Table answers are blank when submitted from mobile device

    I have created an order form

    And when placing an order from a mobile device, it does not show the filed entries!  

    Do you know what is the problem?

    It looks like that there is an issue on our end. A bug report ticket has been escalated to our developers.
