Many of my forms need to go to different departments in my company. I have the sections seperated using the Free Text (HTML) widget with a big bold heading. I just noticed that the actual email the necessary people on my staff will be receiving looks nothing like the form. Its very plain text. How do I get it to show up exactly like the online version I am creating.

I also need the page breaks to apply to the email as well since certain pages will be used for certain purposes requiring it to be printed a seperate from the rest of the form

Unfortunately free text contents aren't automatically added to your notification template but you can always add it manually. Notification template is highly customizable, you can adjust its looks, or embed images using the toolbars above it.
For the page-breaks, it's not possible but you can add a header title which separates the data.

How do you add a header title? Also, is it possible to make the email wider?

The header title can be added manually, by typing into the Cells.
Regarding to widen the email template up, since these are cells you can definitely make it wider. You can even delete all cells and make the template into a word processor and then paste it into the body section, once you do it, you can add the form field variables as Idarktech has indicated to you
