Hi, I just reupgraded my pricing plan to a higher one, I used to have the non profit discount for my group and am wondering how I can have this applied again?

I have checked your account, I can see that you upgraded your account to 'Silver' monthly plan. ($19.50 includes 50% non-profit discount)

Then, you have canceled your subscription today. Now, you are scheduled to be downgraded to free plan on March 26th, 2018.

You can use your remain usage until the downgrade date. After this date, your account will be free.

You can view your billing here.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

Okay thanks, yeah I upgraded before realizing Jotform didn't exactly fit my needs.  So if possible, I'd like to just have that one month refunded since I haven't actually used any of the service.  I actually even cancelled it before it likely even got processed to begin with.

    Thanks!

We suggest canceling the subscription to your Paypal account to avoid further billings.

    Here's how: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ2058

We have also processed a full refund of the recent payment. Please allow 3 to 5 days before the refund to reflect in your bank account.

Your account is now on the free plan.
