Amazon CloudFront blocking access for PayPal forms.

    Several clients the past few days have said that when they tried to pay by paypal from the jotform embedded on our site, they got this error message:

    The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country 

    One was from Brazil and the other was from Italy, but we have received payment from people in those countries in the past. I called paypal, but they said that message was being generated before it reached them. I asked the people who host our site and they said:

    We have been researching this issues. We wanted to make sure we understand the issue. We had the whole team look into it. 

    Our two theories: 

    1.) It's a jotform issue as the payment is tied with jotform. 

    2.) Based on the message in the screenshot, the Amazon CloudFront account is configured to block based on geographic location. Whether he turned it on or not, the error message and resource block is being issued from Amazon CloudFront.
    I don't think this is a Weebly issue, and it certainly is not an issue with any of our materials.

    Can you do anything to help with this? It's something new. We've been receiving payments ok from all over the world until this started. I had never even heard of Amazon Cloudfront before, so it's nothing I changed.
