I want to use the data collected in my form to populate information in a document
Example the form asks - Do you have children Yes/No
My document builder will insert a different clause depending upon whether the response was yes or no.
I cannot however see a field name on any yes/no questions.
Please let me know how I can identify the unique field name of each yes/no question
I am not sure how to

You can get the Unique Name for those fields by right-clicking in the field and then select Inspect Element.
Field names can be found under the name attribute, e.g. name="q17_areYou17". In order to use it on the URL parameter, you only have to copy the name after the underscore symbol "_".
So, in this case, for this field, the URL parameter that you would need to use is areYou17.
I can see that the Unique Name is not showing in the Advanced Properties of a Yes/No Question so I will make a request to our developers so this is available for Yes/No Questions as well.
We will let you know via this thread once there is an update.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
The problem should be fixed now. You can get the Yes/No fields unique ID from the Advanced tab.
Please check it and let me know if you need anything further.
