We have embedded the following form on our website:
It is currently reporting "Form over quota". However, when I check our account, it says we've had only 4 submissions in the current time period. My understanding is that we get 100 submissions per month, so why are we locked out?
Also, on our account, under "Payment submissions", it says "4 of 1 used". I see that you're only allowing 1 payment submission per month. Did this change recently?

As of February 1, 2018, JotForm has adjusted the number of payments that can be accepted per JotForm plan.
As an existing customer, you should have received a Notification email from JotForm with the following content:
Effective February 1, 2018, JotForm will adjust the number of payments that can be accepted per JotForm plan.
The new number of payments per plan are:
Plan Max Number of Payments Monthly Subscription Cost
Starter 1 Free
Bronze 10 $19
Silver 100 $39
Gold Unlimited $99
If your current monthly payments exceed these amounts, you will need to upgrade your account to the appropriate plan that fits your payment level requirements. If you do not upgrade, you will be unable to accept any additional payments over the levels listed above.
While we realize this change may be difficult for some of our valued users, we trust you will understand. For many years, JotForm has made every attempt to avoid instituting these limits.
