    Hello,

    I recently set up an account with you all and paid for the $39/mth package. When I set this account up just over a week ago, I was doing it for a non-profit organization to make it easier for people to register/pay to attend our event. 

    With this being our first go around, the account will now be put under the non-profit organization email by setting them up their own account. I will no longer need this service at this time. I was wondering if you could pay me back the $39/mth plan I purchased, as we did not get anywhere close to reaching that amount to allow people to register via jot form. And also, because of the time crunch, I set it up in my name when I should have set it up in the organization's name. I promise you we will be using jotform in the future for our events but I need to cancel my account and not be charged anymore from this point on. And if possible, please refund me my $39 paid via my PayPal account. 

    You can find the tax id card for our non-profit organization (Main Street Union City (member of Main Street America)) in my account. Please let me know how this process will work.
