I set up jotform and I am receiving test messages but not actual messages from the form on-site. I checked my spam folder and messages are not on there. Messages are going to the jotform inbox but are not being forwarded to my email. Please advise. Thanks in advance!Page URL:

Your email address email@example.com , which is configured into the email alert of your form , was IN our bounce list , according to the system , this is the reason your email servers have answered to ours
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No Such User Here'
