    Hi,

I am using the Wordpress.org option to embed my form. This gives the option to use an inline editor to change the size of my form. However when I save this it does not save the settings. Ultimately I just need my form to have a far smaller background (I am using Jotform cards). Please could you advise?

In my understanding based on the size of your form you can change the form size in Jotform and the changes will be implemented on the form.

Alternative you can use the iframe method of embedding your form to your website. One advantage of iframe method is it allows you to change the form embed size to your needs.

How can I change the form size in Jotform please? There is no option to use custom CSS in the design area of Jotform cards.

Unfortunately, you cannot control the size of the form in card forms. A card form will proportionally adjust to the container of the page automatically.

Please also take note that when you have published a page in wordpress, a cache in the system's database is saved and any change you make under the same URL will not have any effect until the cache on wordpress CMS gets cleared.
