Hi there, I reached my quota for the starter package and all my forms stopped working so I upgraded to the bronze package on 20th February but unfortunately my forms are yet to start working again. Could you look into this for my and refund me for the 6 days so far that they haven't worked? Many thanks, LeePage URL:

I checked your account and it is upgraded properly to the Bronze plan.
