Auto response problem

When a form is submitted, I would like the person who filled out the form to get a copy of their submission. I've tried following the instructions given but the form doesn't progress beyond "please wait".

Try filling out the form from the direct link instead of from the builder preview:

That should allow for submitting the form.  As long as there is an autoresponder set up, an email will be send to the address entered in the form:
