How can I use the form tab widget?

I want to divide my sections into Part A and Part B. I added a Form Tab Widget on my Nursing CAP Documentation Submission Form but not sure how to use it. How can I add all the questions to Part A and then add new questions on Part B tab?

You have to add page breaks in order to make Form tabs work.

So you should insert the page break in the form where you want to separate the tabs:
