Jotform team- We love your platform and use it for registration for our Learn & Play events, as well as other activities. The analytics are great, and help inform our work. On our free Learn & Play events, we host several sessions and some have a capacity limit. Right now I have to hand monitor the number of registrations, and then remove the options that fill up. There is no way to message the potential participants that a particular session is closed and to look at our other sessions, the session option simply doesn't appear. Since we offer up to 14 sessions for each event, this can be a cumbersome task. I know that when I used constant contact I was able to do this, is this a feature you might be working on for the Jotform platform? Maybe there is a way to do it already that I am unaware of.
