You guys test it and the data arrived. But we have not been able to get it working for any of our clients. The clients that tried in the past 24 hours are from Peru, and none of their data arrived to the jotform account.

I have tried making a test submission to your form and the information was submitted successfully.
Do you have more information on what the users see on their screen when they submit the form?
Are they seeing the Thank You page or some kind of error?
A screenshot of the browser's console would help us detect the problem more quickly.
