    Hello, we've received a message that our IP address has been banned because of possible phishing attempt. We are in automotive Finance dealer and this form is essential to our business. Please check our website, we are a licensed auto dealer in Alberta Canada. If somebody could get back to us regarding this, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Your account has been suspended because form ID 71895264584268 is requesting users to fill in their details for a car loan.

    Most form builders like Jotform are used to scam users and to avoid this for such sensitive information like one you are collecting we would require some proof that you are mandated to offer loan services for car purchase. 

    kindly share any relevant information that will indicate you are an organisation authorised to offer car loans and we will activate your account.

    I have attached a link to search. In business name search 'Freeway Motors Alberta'. Click on our listing and detailed information will be available. You could also search us by license number B2015405
