Hello, i'm new to jot forms but I don't think I am fully educated on the process. Is their a standard agreement sheet I can read over? I believe I can use up to ten forms a month under my payment agreement? I filled out a sample form and sent it to myself to see how it works, does this go towards my ten? Also what if the form filler is not using any payment process, is this still considered within the ten form max per month? please clarify. thanks

Your account is currently subscribed to the Bronze plan.
The Payments limit for accounts in the Bronze plan is 10 Payment submissions per month.
This limit is reset on the 1st of each month.

If your test submission included a payment, then this will count towards the Payments limit. I can see that there have been 2 Payment submissions on your forms this month.

Submissions in which no payment is processed do not count towards the Payment submissions limit. The limit for non-payment submissions for the Bronze plan is 1000 Submissions per month.

You can see the limits of each plan on our Pricing Page. https://www.jotform.com/pricing
