Account over limit even though we just started a new billing period?

    Hi there, My account is wanting me to upgrade however I believe today is the first day of a new billing cycle...

    Your account is currently over limit for payments.  Limits reset on the first day of each calendar month for all users, regardless of when the subscription was created.  The next reset will occur on March 1st.
